WINE MAKING / MATURING
Produced using the closed tank method (CUVE CLOSE).
The first alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures (15-17°C) for approximately 10-12 days.
Fermentation with Indigenous Wild Yeasts. After this, we carry out the second alcoholic fermentation in a closed tank (after inoculation) to achieve the desired pressure and effervescence.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
An intensely aromatic sparkling wine with a rich, fresh nose, where through refreshing bubbles, aromas of sweet lemon, banana, and apricot are released, along with floral scents of flowers and citrus. It has a strong effervescence and long-lasting bubbles.
Medium-bodied on the palate, with balanced acidity, intense fruity flavors, and a good lasting aftertaste.
