Sixth Sense

How to prepare the cocktail: Add the ingredients one by one to a glass filled with ice.

  • 60 ml Aperol
  • 90 ml Sixth Sense white semi-dry sparkling wine  by Poultsidis Winery
  • 30ml Soda Water

Served in: An old fashioned glass

Garnish with: An orange slice

How to prepare the cocktail: Add all the ingredients and some ice to a glass and stir.

30ml Campari

30ml Red Vermouth

A splash of Sixth Sense white semi-dry sparkling wine by Poultsidis Winery

  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Red Vermouth
  • A splash of Sixth Sense white semi-dry sparkling wine by Poultsidis Winery

Served in: A wine glass

Garnish with: A peppermint leaf & lime zest

How to prepare the cocktail: Add the ingredients one by one to a glass filled with ice and mix.

  • 60 ml Sixth Sense white semi-dry sparkling wine by  Poultsidis Winery
  • 20 ml Elderflower liquer
  • Top up soda water

Served in: A tall glass

Garnish with: A peach slice

  • 30 ml  Gentlemen’s Soda 3cents

How to prepare the cocktail: Add all the ingredients and some ice into the glass and stir.

  • 90 ml Forest Fruit sparkling wine
  • Top up with Soda water  (pink grapefruit flavor)τ
