Poultsidis Winery has been taking its first steps in beverage preparation since 2021.
Experimenting for quite a long time on aged grape spirits, we are now able to present two labels of spirits and four liquors.
A natural double distillation spirit, made from organic grapes of the Black Muscat of Tyrnavos variety, which ages in oak barrels for two years.
Its ageing changes the character of the spirit, giving it fine aromas, a strong aftertaste and a rich taste.
It is characterized by spicy aromas of vanilla, chocolate, tobacco and clove.
With an alcoholic strength of 40% alc.b.Vol it can be savored alone or with ice.
A natural double distillation spirit, made from organic grapes infused with extracts of essential oils of citrus, mint and cinnamon.
Ageing in oak barrels for two years, it acquires a complex botanical, attractive and spice character.
Dark orange in color, with ripe fruity aromas of citrus, fire nuts, vanilla, chocolate and caramel. With a rich and spicy aftertaste.
With an alcoholic strength of 43% all.b.Vol it can be savored with ice.
However, our effort does not stop here. “Addicted” to creation, we have now moved even further and created a series of four liquors by the distinctive name: The colors of Roses.
